Policy of the Integrated Management System
ArcelorMittal Refractories Sp. z o.o.

The main goal of ArcelorMittal Refractories Sp. z o.o. is to manufacture refractory materials that meet the continuously developing requirements to match with the growing expectations of our valued Customers in conditions safe for employees, contractors and visitors. Caring for the Customers as well as providing safe working environment for the employees for their good health are our overriding values ​​and environmental protection is an integral part of our business.

Striving to achieve our goal, we commit ourselves to:

• complying with the European Union and Polish regulations as well as complying with the other requirements in the field of manufacturing, safety, protection of the health and environment,
• managing all processes in a way that guarantees the resultant products with the desired quality parameters,
• ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for prevention of any work-related injuries, near misses and health problems,
• eliminating hazards and reducing health & safety risks,
• consulting employees or their representatives and ensuring their participation in health & safety related activities,
• taking actions to continuously improve safety and the working conditions,
• meeting all requirements and continuously improving the effectiveness of the implemented Integrated Management System.

We fulfill our obligations through:

• close honest cooperation with the Customers with fast response time,
• identifying, monitoring and managing risk,
• continuous control, monitoring and improvement of all our processes,
• modernization of production lines,
• effective identification and minimization of occupational risk at workstations,
• raising the qualifications, awareness and competence of our employees through appropriate training,
• engaging each employee in activities improving the quality and safe working,
• implementing and maintaining the Fatality Prevention Standards of ArcelorMittal,
• providing the necessary means and resources.

The guarantor of our commitments and effectiveness of our activities is the conscious and responsible involvement of all employees of ArcelorMittal Refractories Sp. z o.o. in the implementation of this Policy.

The Integrated Management System is a tool for implementing the Policy and it complies with the requirements of the following standards: PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 and PN-ISO 45001:2018.
